We all go through difficult times in our lives when we need support and an objective informed perspective to help us sort through our challenges and see the way forward. Sometimes we just need someone to talk to who can allow us to sort things out for ourselves. An approach that works for one person may not work for you. I use many different approaches, depending on what you need and how I can be most helpful.
In addition to being a psychologist and an occupational therapist, I have advanced training in Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Sensory Integration/Sensory Processing Disorders, Animal Assisted Therapy, Trauma treatment, Family therapy, Ethics and many others.
